IV Hydration

Are you feeling run-down or struggling with persistent fatigue? IV nutrition delivers essential vitamins and minerals directly into your bloodstream, ensuring maximum absorption. Where supplements can often have limited absorption that actually depends on how healthy your gut is, IV hydration doesn't have to go through your digestive system for you to see the benefit. Whether you workout frequently, are simply dehydrated, or are feeling the stress of daily life, IV Hydration can help restore your vitality and enhance your overall wellness!

Getting a good night's sleep is not always so easy, and might not always be as simple as going to be early, or taking a little melatonin. Sometimes a lack of the right nutrients can contribute to poor sleep. In these cases, IV hydration can help you fill in those missing gaps in nutrients, leading to overall improved quality of sleep.

Fatigue can be ongoing and debilitating, and to make matters worse, it can often be a challenge to uncover what the root cause of the fatigue actually is. We carefully work through your medical history and do labwork to uncover what is causing your fatigue so that we can customize your treatment plan and your IV hydration to improve it.

While low libido is often a symptom associated with aging, this does not need to be the case! Dehydration can absolutely affect libido, and we take this into account when we create your custom treatment plan. Our goal is to get you back to feeling your best as quickly as possible!

Got IV Hydration Questions? We Have Answers.

  • What is IV Hydration?

IV Hydration is a form of therapy that administers specific fluids or nutrients intravenously. Our nurse practitioner uses a small needle to connect IV fluids directly through your blood stream. This type of therapy is only administered by an expert, and is performed in our office under the supervision of our nurse practitioner.

  • Is IV Hydration safe?

Yes, IV Hydration is safe! However, it is safe when administered in a safe environment. This therapy is administered by our experienced nurse practitioner and is only given under her direct supervision. Using the sterile supplies, highest quality IV fluids, and a safe, clean medical environment are incredibly important for the safety of this therapy.

  • Why use IV Hydration and not just supplements I take at home?

Both IV Hydration and supplementation at home are beneficial! IV Hydration has the benefit of what are often quick results, leaving you feeling better much faster (and also having a more immediate health benefit) than taking capsules of supplements at home. However, continuing your health progress at home is just as important, and supplements at home absolutely offer many health benefits, particularly seen when taking them is CONSISTENT. We may recommend both IV Hydration in the office in addition to supplementation at home depending on your specific health situation.

  • Do you accept insurance?

Because you and your health are our #1 priority, we do not work with insurance providers. Through our decades of experience, we unfortunately have found that insurance often dictates treatments and treatment options, and that often does not correlate with what is truly best for the health of the patient. By not accepting insurance, we are able to spend more time with you and less time on the phone with insurance providers, allowing us to charge LESS for our services and provide more personalized, thoughtful care to you.

  • Do you do labwork?

    We do!

  • What will my first appointment be like?

At your first appointment, our Nurse Practitioner will get a full medical and lifestyle history and do a physical exam. We will also obtain labwork to get some baseline values for where we are starting, and plan to go through your labwork together when the results are back (usually about 2 weeks). From there, we formulate your customized treatment plan based on your needs and health goals.

  • I currently take medications. Can I also use IV Hydration?

We always recommend speaking with your primary care physician or pharmacist regarding any medications you are currently taking to make sure that the therapies we use will not interfere with their benefits.
