We Can Help With

Hormone imbalances can often wreak havoc on many different components of our overall health. We work through a thorough medical history and do labwork to uncover the root cause of your symptoms and can use treatments such as supplements, IV hydration and hormone replacement therapy to rebalance your hormones.

Hormone Imbalances

Getting a good night's sleep is not always so easy. Insomnia, hot flashes, and other women's health issues can interfere with sleep, and this in turn can cause inflammation, stress, and many other symptoms. We look at different contributing factors and assess your micronutrient and hormone levels status to improve it.

Stress can present as so many different things, from insomnia, to inflammation and chronic pain, to even heart issues and weight gain. We can help you reduce stress from the inside out, giving your body the nutrients and hormones it needs to thrive.

Fatigue is a common health concern that often people have trouble identifying the cause of, and therefore what the answer or treatment is. We help identify the support your body needs to have natural energy again, without the need for that third cup of coffee.

Weight gain can be a frustrating symptom of menopause that can result in yo-yo dieting and other unhealthy habits. We work to identify the root cause by looking at bloodwork and your overall health to see where you can optimize your health, reduce stress and fatigue, and address other factors that can often contribute to weight gain like hormonal imbalance.

Got Women's Health Questions? We Have Answers.

  • What will my first appointment be like?

At your first appointment, our Nurse Practitioner will get a full medical and lifestyle history and do a physical exam. We will also obtain labwork to get some baseline values for where we are starting, and plan to go through your labwork together when the results are back (usually about 2 weeks). From there, we formulate your customized treatment plan based on your needs and health goals. This of course is a guideline and every appointment is based on the patient's needs and health goals.

  • Do you accept insurance?

Because you and your health are our #1 priority, we do not work with insurance providers. Through our decades of experience, we unfortunately have found that insurance often dictates treatments and treatment options, and that often does not correlate with what is truly best for the health of the patient. By not accepting insurance, we are able to spend more time with you and less time on the phone with insurance providers, allowing us to charge LESS for our services and provide more personalized, thoughtful care to you.

  • What is Pellet Hormone Replacement Therapy?

Pellet Hormone Therapy, or bioidentical hormone replacement therapy, is a medical procedure where small pellets of hormones bioidentical to those already in your body are inserted under the skin. These hormones help  regulate the amounts of, or replace, those that are occuring naturally in your body. This therapy helps correct hormonal imbalances and is customized to the patient's needs.

  • Is hormone replacement therapy safe?

Yes. The hormones we use are plant based and bioidentical to those in your body, making bioidentical hormone replacement therapy a very safe practice. You can learn more about the hormones we use by visiting __________/

  • Do you do labwork?

We do! Your labwork can be completed right at your first visit, with no need to go to an outside lab. Our Nurse Practitioner will take any blood samples necessary based on your visit, and will call you to go through each result as well.

  • I was told I need weight loss surgery. Can you help?

Yes! Weight loss surgery can be daunting to plan for, and putting the right lifestyle habits in place to support your journey is critical. Whether you have surgery scheduled, or are potentially looking to avoid surgery altogether, we can help.

  • I already have a primary care provider. Can you work with them?

We can certainly work alongside your primary care provider or other specialists such as a GI surgeon or endocrinologist. If you want to make sure your labwork and medical records with us are forwarded to your physician, please let us know so can send those for you.
